Returns, Refunds & Exchanges


We totally get it, all of us at some point have added one too many items to our cart or changed our mind about a cute color after we order it, but that’s not a problem at all! We just want you to love our products as much as we do!

If you are not completely satisfied with your Poxie Creations purchase for any reason, we will happily accept a return within 30 days of receipt and issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling.

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Poxie Creations monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Poxie Creations in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Poxie Creations’ discretion.

Return Procedure


  • Visit Poxie Creations Returns and look up your items with your order number and email address.
  • Select which products you'd like to return then follow the instructions to submit a return request. Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be approved.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with an RMA number and instructions to return your package to us.
  • Ship your items to the address provided in an email once your return request is approved.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please expect 14 business days for your order to be processed, once we receive it. During peak season, allow extra processing time due to higher than-normal volumes. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.


Please Note: Any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please contact us at your earliest convenience by clicking HERE. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction. Please Note: Duties and fees collected are nonrefundable.
